Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes, salt and boil in a little water until cooked.
Mash with a potato masher, add a little milk, season and mix well.
Fry the sausage in the pan.
Arrange sweet potato puree together with sausage and serve.
Preparation Tip:
Refine the sweet potato puree with a little melted butter. Roast a few onion rings in the pan and add them to the mashed potatoes. A great combination.
