For the Topfenstollen, knead a smooth dough from all ingredients except melted butter and powdered sugar.
Form 2 stollen from the dough. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180°.
While still hot, brush with melted butter and sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar.
