For the tortillas, mix all ingredients into a creamy batter. Spread 1/4 of the batter at a time in a skillet, without grease, until paper-thin.
Heat the skillet and fry the batter over medium heat on both sides until it bubbles brown.
Top tortillas as desired.
Preparation Tip:
Before making a new tortilla, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly, otherwise the dough will stick before you can smooth it out.
