Instructions:

For the tortillas with fiery mince, heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sweat the onions in it over very low heat as slowly as possible until light. Add the chopped garlic and tomato paste, stir through and pour in Tabasco sauce and a good dash of chili vinegar.

Bring to a boil briefly, add diced tomatoes and beans. Add a little water and let everything steam covered until the sauce has nicely boiled away. Now add minced meat, making sure that the meat does not clump together.

Season with salt, pepper and chili and let the mince cook. (If the mixture is too dry, add some water and let it boil down again). Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper if necessary.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven and heat the tortillas in it according to instructions.

Place warm tortillas on top, spread each with a little meat mixture, sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley and diced red onion. Fold and serve the tortillas with fiery mince.
