Instructions:

For the tortillas with pancetta and figs, first preheat the oven to 160 °C convection.

Wash the figs and cut them into slices. Cut the pancetta into coarse strips.

Divide the tortillas among four heat-resistant plates and mix with the figs.

Place cream cheese as small dumplings on top of the tortilla and fig mixture.

Sprinkle pancetta and parsley on top.

Warm tortillas with pancetta and figs in oven for 3-4 minutes and serve immediately.

Preparation Tip:

Additionally use Gorgonzola, then the tortillas with pancetta and figs will be even spicier.
