For the Toscana tenderloin, cut the tenderloin in half and flatten or cut into 6 to 7 pieces. Rub the chicken pieces with salt, bell pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika and lemon.

Pour olive oil on the baking tray. Cut the chicken, garlic cloves, onion into 1/2 halves, slice the lemons and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Put the covered baking tray into the oven and cook the Toscana chicken for about 1 hour at 180° medium heat.
