Instructions:

Sauté onion and rice in butter, add curry, pour in water, season, bring to the boil once, cover and steam in the oven for about 20 minutes at 170°C. Remove, cover and loosen with a fork. In the meantime, sauté vegetables and onion in oil, add fish briefly and cook, finally mix in hot rice, season again and arrange on plates in a pleasing way.
