Instructions:

Cook pasta in enough salted water until al dente, strain (save a little of the pasta water), mix with a little olive oil and set aside.

Wash and clean the young onion and cut into fine rolls, set aside the last third (green). Grate the cheese.

Heat some olive oil in a pan, sauté the front 2/3 of the chopped green onion until translucent, melt the cream cheese in it, add the saved pasta water. Bring to a boil, stir in the grated cheese and melt. Remove from heat.

Cut dried tomatoes into fine strips, pit olives and chop finely.

Then mix in the pasta, tomatoes, olives and the young onion greens and arrange on plates. If you like, you can gratinate the macaroni in the oven at high heat.
