Instructions:

Fry fennel, onion, garlic in olive oil, chop tomatoes and add (if canned tomatoes: with juice), simmer for 10 minutes. Mix starch with whipped cream, chop tuna. Add everything to the saucepan, bring to the boil briefly, season. Sprinkle finely chopped chives on top.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
