For the turkey and cucumber burger, wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Wash and slice the cucumber.

Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a pan and sear the cutlets in it for 4-5 minutes on both sides. Remove from the pan and cut into strips.

Cut the baguette rolls lengthwise and spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread. Place lettuce leaves and cucumber slices on top, spread the turkey strips on top and fold the baguette again.
