For the turkey breast with pepper and pearl onion sauce, first sear the turkey breast in a little oil on all sides. Put it into an ovenproof dish and pour soup and butter over it. Roast in the preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 35 minutes, repeatedly basting with soup and brushing with honey.

Heat the red cabbage in a pot and season with salt and pepper.
