For the turkey top leg, season the meat with turkey seasoning. Peel and quarter the apples and remove the core.

Place the seasoned turkey legs with the apples in a roasting pan with a lid, pour in a little water and add the stock cube.

Put the roaster with lid in the oven and roast everything at 175 degrees Celsius for about 2 hours. After about 1 hour turn the turkey legs once.

Before serving, remove the skin from the turkey legs and cut the meat into slices. Serve the turkey top leg with apples, juice and potato or rice.

Red cabbage also goes particularly well with the turkey top leg.
