Instructions:

Preheat the oven to approx. 200 °C.

Knead the finely ground cereal with the curd cheese and butter (this is best done with your hands) and roll out or press out on a baking tray or possibly in a large gratin dish. Also cover the edge with dough. Pre-bake the dough for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, clean the vegetables and cut them into strips, cubes or whatever. Sauté in the oil for about 5 to 10 minutes (maybe add a little water).

Form the vegetables on the dough, cut the tomatoes into slices and spread them evenly over the dough. Mix the whipped cream with the yogurt, egg, spices and herbs and pour over the vegetables. Add the cheese on top. Bake everything together for about 30 minutes.

Tastes good warm with a unit of leaf salad or just like that.
