For the vegetable gratin, first boil the potatoes without the peel for about 10 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash broccoli, divide into florets and pre-cook until al dente.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Lightly grease a baking dish.

Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Wash, core and quarter the bell bell pepper. Grate the cheese.

Place the vegetables in the baking dish, season with salt and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with the cheese. Put the vegetable gratin in the oven for about 20 minutes.
