Instructions:

For the vinegar doughnuts, knead the ingredients into a dough and let rest for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 3 mm and cut out cookies.

Bake at approx. 175 °C for 15 minutes, then carefully roll in the sugar mixture. Makes about 7 baking sheets of cookies.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can also roll the vinegar doughnuts in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
