For White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies, preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roast macadamia nuts for 8 – 10 minutes and then chop coarsely. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Melt chocolate and butter. Mix eggs and all sugars for 5 minutes. First mix the melted liquid mixture with the vanilla extract. Finally, fold in the sifted remaining ingredients and the chocolate chips.

Leave to set in the fridge for a while. Heat oven again to 180 degrees, and place (larger) round blobs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the tray to cool.

Preparation Tip:
