Instructions:

Wash out whitefish and lightly salt and pepper inside. Place 3 bacon slices next to each other, a bay leaf on top and then the whitefish. Place another bay leaf on top of the whitefish and then place the bacon slices on top. Carefully tie with roasting string and grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.Excellent with rouille and/or saffron aioli.
