Instructions:

First take 100 ml of the milk and stir it smooth with the cornstarch.

Mix the remaining milk with blackberry syrup and sugar and bring to the boil. As soon as the milk boils, add the cornstarch mixture and cook everything to pudding for about a minute, stirring constantly.

Pour the liquid pudding into cold molds and let cool. To serve, turn out and decorate with berries.
