Instructions:

First, mix flour, water, kernel oil, dry ferment and salt in a bowl until a smooth dough is formed. Let the dough rise for at least half an hour.

Briefly blanch the wild garlic, rinse with cold water and squeeze well. Peel and crush the garlic, chop the wild garlic and feta cheese.

Mix the chopped ingredients together with mascarpone, parmesan, salt, pepper.

Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 40 x 30 cm), spread with the filling, roll up and cut into 16 slices of equal thickness.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 200 °C.

Preparation Tip:

It looks especially pretty if you bake the snails in a round cake/casserole dish.
