Skin peaches, remove seeds and cut into wedges. Rinse and remove seeds from carrots. Select raspberries.

Mix the peaches and the ringroot with the juice of one lemon, grape juice, wine and ~peel. Bring vanilla pulp and sugar to boil once. Cook for 2 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with a little water, add and boil again. Cool, fold in raspberries.

Serve with Italian almond cookies and whipped cream.
