For zucchini au gratin, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the flesh with a spoon. Drain the tuna oil, cut the feta cheese into small pieces and mix with the tuna.

Fill the mixture into the hollow zucchini halves. Slice the mozzarella and top the zucchinis with it. Place the zucchini halves on a baking sheet and bake at 160 °C for about 30 – 40 minutes so that the zucchini is cooked through.

If the mozzarella gets too brown beforehand, turn the temperature down a bit.

Preparation Tip:

If there is some feta cheese left over, simply make a salad with tomatoes, core oil, salt and pepper and serve with the gratinated zucchini.
